Replacement Period
All products are eligible for return under our 7-day Replacement Guarantee given the following conditions:

- No physical damage (cracks, dents, scratches) on regular items.
- No third party nor unauthorized modification of any of the item's components.
- Proof of purchase is presented by the Customer.
- Complete packaging and accessories.

You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging you received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request.
Item replacement of lower value will not be reimbursed. Meanwhile, price difference for replacement with higher value must be settled by the Customer.
Please raise a return request within 7 days upon receipt of item/items. CHANGE OF MIND IS INELIGIBLE.

Warranty Period
Our products are covered by a 90-day local supplier warranty that includes repairs and labor.
Replacement of parts and other consumables are excluded and is subject to availability.
We DO NOT provide home service and same-day assessment, items shall be delivered directly to our warehouse for repairs and check-ups, shipping fee is charged on personal account.

Non-Electronics Items
Item covered by 7-day replacement period with no warranty.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are given seven (7) days from the date of purchase to return and exchange items bought from this store, along with the original proof of purchase or receipt and complete packaging and accessories with no damages with its seals, labels and barcodes intact in reference to DTI's Return and Exchange Policy under the following conditions:

1. Items deemed of poor quality due to damage caused by factory defect can be refunded or replaced with a similar item or a different product of the same price or higher value, depending on stock availability. Product purchased with a discount can be exchanged based on the discounted amount.

2. Likewise, product purchased as gifts can be replaced by a different product of the same price or higher value, depending on stock availability. The customer will be charged additional cost for replacement item with a higher price.

CHANGE OF MIND

"The rule on repair, replace, refund for purchased products applies ONLY to manufacturing defects or products brought from deceptive sales." Article 100. Consumer Act of The Philippines The customer is NOT ENTITLED to a refund or exchange under the implementing Rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 7394 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines based on the following reasons:

1. Sudden change of mind after purchase.
2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of the customers.
3. Damage caused by accidents, water damage, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
4. Awareness during a clearance sale or sale promo with marked-down prices.
